Shipping policy

Key Information

• We provide international shipping.
• The order's total price of your product will be displayed on the checkout page.
• We have no hidden charges.
• We ship Monday through Friday, and most orders received by 11:00 AM EST will ship that same day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship the following business day. Your tracking link will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours.

Shipping rate and Delivery time:

Delivery time: Processing time + Transit time

• Processing time: 0-1 working days (Monday to Friday)
  

All products go through a production process, so there is a processing time.

• Estimate Total Delivery Time 2-10 working days 

Tracking: Your tracking link will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours.

Delivery or shipping method:
We use DHL, UPS, and FedEx to deliver or ship products. Your order will be delivered on working days by a courier of your choice. If you are not at home during the first delivery, the package will be offered to your neighbors if possible. If this is not possible, the package will be delivered directly to a collection point. You will receive a message about this in your mailbox. The package will remain available at the collection point for another 7 days.

Undeliverable packages:
Suppose a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

What if my item gets lost during transport?
We hope this never happens, but if your item does not arrive, please contact us at contact@cosarit.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

I want to track my order:
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, titled “Your order is on its way”, containing your tracking link.
